The use of concrete pavers in the United States is growing rapidly in both residential and commercial construction projects. Pavers are interlocked together to form a patterned surface, which can be put into immediate use. There are various textures and colors to chouse from. Pavers can be used for the following applications; driveways, patios, architectural walks, and pool decks. We can design different construction projects with pavers to harmonize with surrounding areas. Multiple colors can be combined to provide an interest in large areas, and can also come in to blend colors. Pavers are similar to colored concrete products, in that shade variations may occur. This is a direct result in dye lot variations and raw materials used. So when material is purchased it sure that every material used on the project is selected from the same batch, or pallet.

On all pavers insulations first thing we do is excavate, a min of 8 inches removing all unsuitable material (top soil). A geotextile fabric is installed to keep the native soil separate from the sub base material. Replacing unsuitable material with select offsite fill such as crusher run, granite or gravel, or crushed concrete at a depth of 6-8 inches. Machine packing the sub base to achieve a minimum 95% compaction of uniform density and thickness. The sub base placed will have already been engineered with enough pitch to run water away from home. After all pavers ate in place joint sand will be spread equally to pavers interlocking the pavers together.
